The Client - a global green technology company - was looking to maintain their existing software platform. The intricacy of their established infrastructure demanded experienced staff who could navigate and improve upon the existing software architecture.

The Client sought a partner capable of quickly filling gaps in their IT team to maintain project momentum, while also allowing for flexibility to scale their team up or down as project demands fluctuated over time.

Based on the Client’s requirements, we determined that staff augmentation services would be the best fit, allowing the Client to flexibly scale up and down as their IT and development needs changed over time. We followed our standard Staff Augmentation Process, which began by understanding the specific technical needs of the Client and selecting highly skilled staff tailored to their project requirements. Our rigorous vetting process ensured that the staff we provided were a perfect fit for both the project and the Client’s company culture.

Once the initial logistics were settled, the new team members quickly onboarded, integrating seamlessly into the Client’s existing team culture. They immediately began work on IT system maintenance and software upgrades.

To complete the software modernization and IT system maintenance, our developers adhered to our internal commitment to quality while following the Client’s own established working processes. We used Jira to track progress during bi-weekly sprints, GitHub as a code repository, and completed development work through virtual machines with VPNs via NetSkope.

Our staff provided daily updates on a shared Slack channel, ensuring transparent and continuous communication with the Client. The Team interacted with the Client through weekly analysis calls, effectively addressing any issues, concerns, or requests for changes in a timely manner.

Project Results

The Client engaged our staff augmentation services for over 4 years, during which we had 15 staff on the project, averaging 5 FTE. This collaboration results in a significant contribution to the maintenance, modernization, and expansion of the Client’s software platform, including:
